The School of Architecture and Allied Arts (A&AA) is the principal center in Oregon for the study of architecture, art, community planning, and design. We invite you to explore the school's offerings for undergraduate and graduate study in our five departments and four programs. Come visit campus and learn more about our commitment to academic excellence, sustainability, international engagement, civic responsibility, and creativity and innovation.

In the A&AA school, you'll learn about design of the built and natural environment in the departments of architecture, landscape architecture and the interior architecture program, help communities grow and change in the planning, public policy and management department, make green products in the product design program, become a steward of cultural resources in the historic preservation program, and take responsibility for sustainable development in coursework you can take across our disciplines.

At the UO, you'll find a strong art department with a commitment to studio-based creative work, a well-regarded art history department with offerings in the world's art and architectural traditions, a vibrant digital arts program, and the Pacific Northwest's only arts and administration program—all situated within the School of Architecture and Allied Arts.
