How to Get Help

Please send all requests for technology assistance to aaahelp@uoregon.edu.

Each message to this new e-mail address will enter our ticket tracking system and will allow us to provide the most timely service possible.

We are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with walk up Help Desk hours from 10 AM to 2 PM.  Our Help Desk is also available during these hours via telephone at (541) 346-6194.
