Energy Studies in Building Laboratory researchers use the lab's mirrored-box artificial sky and heliodon to teach students daylighting and sun movement.  Architects use the equipment to test their design models.  The lab's equipment also includes a boundary layer wind tunnel, field measuring equipment and extensive software.
