Founded in 1914, the School of Architecture & Allied Arts has grown tremendously since it first began with a single program. Today, A&AA houses 10 departments and programs, from art and visual design to planning and non-profit administration. We are passionate about creative exploration, addressing and solving intellectually challenging problems, and contributing to the betterment of our communities, from locally here on campus to internationally.
Faculty, students and administrators in A&AA accomplish a great deal in no small way because of the support of alumni and friends. Being part of the community that makes things happen in A&AA is easy and does make a difference! The school's Office of Development has the privilege of being the point-of-contact and welcomes any and all inquiries about supporting the work in the school. Gifts to education span generations as graduates progress in their careers and pass on their insight and creativity to the world. You can make a profound impact by supporting our students through undergraduate scholarships or graduate fellowships; supporting our faculty through endowed chairs or professorships; or supporting our research and outreach programs through annual donations or endowments.
We strive to further the excellence of our top-ranked, internationally recognized programs, while strategically advancing our rising programs to equivalent distinction. The school’s goal is nothing short than to be the most influential and pioneering center for design, art, sustainability, policy, and building in the world.
How to Give
There are many ways to support the School of Architecture and Allied Arts and you may designate your gift to any area or program in the school. You may also give an unrestricted gift to the A&AA Dean’s Fund, which allows A&AA to use your contribution for its greatest immediate needs or opportunities.
No matter how you decide to support our school, please know that each gift is a unique and critical component of our continued success.
